PC constantly overheating

Hello guys!

I currently run 2 setups - one PC and one laptop. My specs are:
PC - i7 13700KF | RTX 3070 8gb | 32gb RAM
Laptop - Ryzen 7 5800H | RTX 3070 8gb | 16gb RAM

I experience overheating in both and the game just drops me out constantly with a black screen unable even to restart the computer except for hard restart.

Don't even start me with the drivers and the latest version of Windows cuz of course both are up to date.

Please tell me what I can check and modify so I can run the game smoothly because I believe I have more than enough power to do so.
