Cant equip Akt 3, 2 Handed Mace Warrior

Hey guys, i got a problem with 2 handed maces i cant equip act 3 weapons what so ever, i met the requiments but my charakter says "i am not strong enough". I dont know if its a bug or am im missing something? The only 2 handed mace i can equip is an older one.

After note: I found my problem its a passiv note who cause that ^^ this post can deleted. Ps: Passiv note "Giants Blood"
