twitch drops linked to wrong account

Hi tech team,
As title states, My twitch drops for PoE2 went to a wrong account. I honestly dont know how it got created differently than the one I used when I installed and linked PoE2, but its there. My Account ScuberSteve#4799 is Linked to PoE2 game. My Account ScuberSteve#6826 is linked to the twitch and got the twitch drops, but no game account was created with it. Can we delete the #6826 and migrate the twitch drops over to the #4799 account? I've already spent currency on the #4799 account, as well as already creating characters there as well. On Further Note: Linking my twitch account to the other account doesnt work as the rewards have already been claimed on twitch and linked to wrong account.. So theres nothing on my end I can do Unless I made a new Twitch account and linked that to the right account and got a 2nd set of drops.

I am having a similar issue, I didnt realize I had 2 accounts since Steam auto links it self to a new account if you purchase the game on steam, and I had my account linked to twitch from the POE website.
I emailed them yesterday and hope they will get back to me soon. Still no word yet. |

" I have the same issue and the devs aint doing nothing about it. So this what the new player base get, an unintuitive poe account creation in which people are managing to make 2 accounts after purchasing the game and no support to follow. U bought the game and played 2 hours we arent interested in u anymore. I know everything i wrote prior sounds very radical and judgy but its because we can compare technical support from other games. We are definitely not a small part of people who ran into this problem and we still have no answer or whatsoever |

I think i got same issue. Twich was linked to a wrong account, i claimed the drops and did not see them ingame. Then i relinked my twich account to the right poe account - and there is still nothing. It even shows me that i did not claim any rewards in poe account.
Its very confusing, would be nice it there will be a fix or a account migration somehow. There are many other posts like this out there. |

I am also having the same issue, Instead of logging into my origial POE account it logged me in via steam instead. So my Twitch drops are instead on my origial account instead of my Steam account where POE2 is located
