Perfect strike missing a lot.

I dont know if its just skill issue, but Perfect Strike miss a lot. Especially when fighting flying opponents.

Mouse&Keyboard WASD movement.

One workaround to this is to move the cursor further behind the monster. If the cursor is on top of the monster or to close to your own character (not sure what it is exactly), the attack usually misses.

Just want to add I have had this issue a lot too I have been using WASD.

It definitely has some weird hit detection

+1 to being hard to hit with Perfect Strike.

The hitbox or something feels really bad. The mob has to be positioned so perfectly, which is hard when its a charge up ability.

Mega Annoying, Devs please fix this.

I missed no less than 10 in a row on a boss with like 2% life standing right next to me.

Seems the only way to make it hit more than not is to be below the mob you are trying to hit. Anywhere else seems random whether it hits or not.
