Skills missing on bar

Hello,

I used portal from town to area, killed some mobs and realize that one of my skills is missing from abilities bar, went to check in skills panel and couldn't move it from there to bar, after a while my main ability (arc) also disappeared and same story as before, no dps value, bugged description and cant put it on active bar.

Same, I don't know what triggered it but I randomly had boneshatter stop working on my bar. Looked at skills and I can't move it to action bar and bugged information screen

Same for me, was looking around on the map. While suddenly my skills disappeared from the bar! Have no idea what to do now.
