Purchased game through Steam, no key or access yet

Hello. I'm assuming many here have this problem but it really hasn't been officially acknowledged, hence my concern.

I purchased Path of Exile 2 supporter pack through Steam half an hour before the game launched December 6th.

It initially asked me (in-game) to create an account or link one; none of the options worked. After a while, it told me that I don't have access to the EA with this account, which is what is showing me to this date.

I then logged in to this website with the Steam account I purchased the game with, but 2 days after the official channel said on twitter that the purchase queue should be resolved, I have no access to an Early Access key yet. The website is also telling me that; no option to redeem a key was ever shown to me.

Please help if possible. Kind regards, and sorry if I did a slightly similar thread in the possibly wrong section.

I did send an email yesterday, yes. Same address that I have here and on my steam account.

If you're able, I'd like to know if it'd be easier to just refund the game and buy it directly from the web, or just to know if it'd be recommended not to. Thank you.
Updating this:

After receiving an email TODAY that the mail I sent two days ago couldn't even be received, I gave up. Refunded the game just now.

Clearly there is no hope of solving this "client per client" when the only option they give us is to contact support, and support are not even receiving our emails.

Pretty tiresome weekend, so I don't know if I'm even trying to buy it through the website. I already lost a lot of time.
