I’m done it is really annoying and there is no excuse , it is really does not matter how your support team are busy today is the 6th day and I couldn’t get any help. 6 damn day!! It is not free service , I did pay for it and I have to get help! I’m really done, How difficult can it be to respond to an email within 6 days? Open my account or give my money back. Any GGG team member with access to accounts please PM me.

I'm in the exact same boat and GGG has been helpless in solving the problem. I've been dealing with their support on-and-off with this same exact issue for over 5 years, with months of response time in some cases.
I don't understand how they have such a loose grasp on their own authentication system. I don't even know why my account is locked, I've only ever used it to play the game and give them my money. |

Just in less than 10 hours, around 230 member group up under a reddit post for sue the firm, 11 member of this group is attorney and one of thm have law firm in New Zeeland and he offer the cover expanses. There is really a lot of member who paid for service and cant get the access and even cant get refunds, lets see how is gonna end. It’s a really shame, if there will be a live chat support some members could get help easily or at least could get response.. anyway I’d like to see whats gonna happen.
