Stuck on zone loading screen, unable to play

I had an issue originally going from the end of act 2 to the starting zone in act 3 where the screen just stayed black. I think I reset my system/game a few times and finally loaded into the next zone and got to town. I just tried going to Jungle Ruins from town but my game just stays loading on the Jungle Ruins zone screen.

I waited about a hour to relog but it just stays on the Jungle Ruins loading screen whenever I try to login, I can’t play at all!! Can you please look into this.

Never mind, I close/reopened the game a few more times and I think on try #2 it finally let me in.
