Zone bricked? Never-ending load screen

I encountered an infinite loading screen returning to a zone in Act 3 (infested barrens or something like that).

It's weird because I was already in that zone, killed a mini-boss, etc.

I tried switching internet connections, no help. Just infinite loading screen on that same zone.

Do I have to wait for the instance to time out? My character is bricked as long as I can't load that instance.
