Refund needed

Hello GGG, i recently bought early access to participate on POE2, unfortunately my game cant open and i cant troubleshoot that, so i will need a refund on my purchase, can't seem to find where to do it, so i'm opening a thread for that
My pc match the specs, but for some reason the error i'm getting is something saying about not up to date GPU driver except i already triple checked it and is updated. I got a 3070 16gbram i7 10th notebook from alienware, it was supposed to be operating just fine, but i cant seem to work around it. So i'm asking for the game refund please.
