sacrificial heart turn in Aggorat

I was in a party in normal when trying to complete the quest and it let me put the heart in slot but never gave me a dagger to use. so my heart is stuck in the altar and I cant sacrifice it.

i completed the quest fine in cruel but now im short 2 skill points.

I have a friend who had the same Issue. Does anyone know how to contact support or put in a ticket?

tried a bunch of things, so far but no luck... is this character chalked or do i email someone ?

Had sacrificial heart left in inventory when started act 1 cruel.
Didn't want to do riverbank after each portal just to see where it may or may not go, and tried dropping the item on the ground. It vanished and now I can't get another heart in act 3. 2 skill points stolen unless you can only do it once for both normal and cruel.

I have the same issue. Placed the heart in the slot but it gave me no dagger....

that sucks at least its common hopefully resolved soon

finished standard with the heart in my inventory as i had not found the place to put it before doing doriyani fight. went to use portal to go find the place to put it. found myself on the river bank....least i know how to get to cruel difficulty now... had another player swirl me to their instance in act 3 but as soon as i took the time portal.. bam! back on the rivers edge. so.. ermm. its cool that i have a heart in my inventory.. its cool ..wel its not.. those 4 slots are super useful and its not as cool as two shiny skill points :] And a completed quest.. :]

i can see im not the only bunny in the bag with this..

I got a different issue related to this quest, I placed the heart and I received the dagger just fine but no matter what I've tried my game just crashes whenever I try to stab the heart so I guess I won't be receiving those skill points myself

Logged the issue earlier where i still had the heart an cruel and cold not get back to the location to complete the quest. I logged back in to grind some more and found myself on the ziggurat so i used the waypoint to portal to the quest location and was able to complete it???? which is great HOWEVER I have no idea how or why the game put me at the top of the ziggurat unless it was support? if so great and thank you if not.. well.. i have NFI what happened but i have my points and quest completed.

Same problem entered Act 4 cant go back in time in act3 3 so missing 2 skill points I guess
