My account won't switch, on Xbox Series X
I'm not sure what's going on with my account, I played yesterday and had a level 10 Sorc, but today I logged in and I guess I got a wrong button to switch to my Xbox account and now it won't let me switch back to my PC account...Please help

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble switching sub-accounts. Just to confirm, are you having trouble trying to change between sub-accounts from the login screen on Path of Exile 2? I have the same problem but worse. Messaged the support team but no answer yet.
My situation: Have a PC account with a bunch of cosmetics & stash tabs and an xbox account with the 60 dollar EA pack for PoE2 Started to play on release and since I could not choose any account when starting I assumed my Xbox account is being used, had access to all MTX from the EA pack, but 0 of 600 coins and not showing any of my PC MTX (I thought that was the point of linking my accounts) Logged out to check if I need to switch accounts and switched to the one I assumed was my PC sub account only to realise that it had my Xbox # and not my PC one - created a char to check and the account had my PC stashtabs in them and just 1 of the PC cosmetics Tried to switch back again but the game just want let me. It always defaults back. So now: 1) I can't switch sub accounts 2) My Xbox sub account has my PC MTX on it (but not all of them) 3) My PC sub account has my EA pack MTX on it but no coins It's completely fucked up, can I please just have everything in 1 account that I can actually access? |

You can actually do a one time transfer of your mtx to one account (but not points) have to contact support and ask them to do it also note its been 18 days since ive told them to proceed with the transfer
