Scroll of wisdom not working

When clicking on the scroll it works fine but then the next step (ie clicking on the unknown item) nothing happens and in the chat I get a message in green saying "Failed to apply item: The operation could not be completed". I figured this was a bug that was already known about but I just wanted to see if there were any work around as this is kind of keeping me from progressing. Thanks

For me, all the crafting system have an issue at the moment. I'm not alone.

I ran into the same issue.

First time i got it with Orb of Transmutation. Tried on multiple items, nothing worked.

Second time it was on Book of Specialisation (Quest Item). Could not use it even after relog attempt.

Anyone know how to solve this?

I'm having the same issue, earlier today was working fine, now I can't identify anything. Tried relogging, switch characters, nothing worked.

Also not able to use it on my NEW character, but I can use usables on my first character.
Game says:"Failed to apply item: The operation could not be completed."
