Until today, I have never had any problems with the support team; I usually received a response within 15-20 minutes. However, since the early access to Poe 2 opened, I haven't received any replies to the emails and PMs I sent to the support team. I think this is due to high volume, and I believe they will get back to me in a few days.

Yeah me too. I send and email that the quest in The Bone Pits is bugged for me and didn't receive any response. Can't progress with that quest item, but it is invisible for me.

Same here, I have attempted 3 emails and all were unsuccessful, hoping the message I sent on the site will work, especially since it's somewhat time-sensitive.
