Can't use currency items in POE 2

I get an error message saying "Failed to apply item The operation could not be completed." whenever I try to use currency items.

I'm also getting the same issue. Tried reloading instance, restarting game, restarting PC. Created a new character and it can identify items, returned to main and it still cannot.

Looks like it only happens in town.

Cannot use currency in Act 2 - caravan.

After using an aug out of town, currency started working in town.

I'm a console player and i cannot use the currency exchange on alva. when u want to exchange other currency its not working. There's no other way options to select other Currency it's stuck always on "I want" and cannot select the "i have".
