Unable to complete Lost Lute quest (Act I)

Update: Returning to title screen and reloading my game fixed the issue.

After returning lute to Una, I am unable to "Use the Book of Specialisation".

When I attempt to is the book in my inventory, I get the following error:

"The operation could not be completed."
