Infinite load time on "Manor Ramparts" act1

No matter which characters I use, I'm unable to get past this load screen. It just stays on the loading screen with the spinning gears forever. Doesn't matter where I teleport in from, hard stuck here.

Same is happening to me but in act 3 "infested barrens". Just click my character and then it loads forever on the loading screen.
Not sure how to fix this. I'm level 37 and I don't want to start a new character. |

Having the same issue in Cruel difficulty, waited like 30 minutes for the instance to time out and it's still happening.

I have been able to get back in... I did rebuild ps5 database and i did drop all ingame graphics down to minimum. I dont know if it had anything to do with it tho, could be just "luck" but ill enjoy it while it last xD

almost every overland zone in act 3 has caused an infinite loading screen. Have to dashboard out and log back in (and even then it's a coin flip lol).
