Couch Co-Op Not Working As Advertised

What is the ETA on this feature to be working as advertised? Thank you!

Just wanting to second this. My partner and I are very much looking forward to having our own characters linked to our own accounts.

OHHH, I mean to create a new post about this, but I see this threat, So pump it up.
Playing Coop Local in one account was not a great idea.
1.How can my partner play on other devices?
2. sharing resource is so damn hell drags the progression. (using same stash, gold, etc....)
3. problem with quest rewards, only one character who claim first will get reward, or mine got bugs I will reports later.
4. problem with cosmetic only use for one.... so....

I think they said at an interview, that for the EA its only on one Account.
