Sacrificial heart and other act 3 quest items that are instanced

Sacrificial heart is a quest item that says it gives 2 passive points when sacrificed - but the sacrifice location is instanced and not accessible after act 3 is completed.
result is the player is stuck with a 2x2 green item in their invintory this may be the case with other quest items that are found within that instanced zone. - legacy of the vaal quest is also bugged, does not mark as completed when you go through the portal at the end of act 3 thanks Last edited by malm123#4532 on Dec 7, 2024, 8:29:36 PM Last bumped on Dec 14, 2024, 9:44:20 AM

Hello there,
There is a trick that can let you access to Aggorat in Act1 Normal after Act3 completed. If you are already in Cruel: 1) Go back to Act 3 normal in town, 2) Take again the gateway portal to go in Cruel Act1 3) Kill the Miller on the beach 4) Right after entering the first town, use the waypoint to go to Act 3 normal, and MAGIC, the Aggorat is present on the map 5) teleport to Aggorat 6) Sacrifice the heart on the top right from entrance waypoint (you need to pass by the middle checkpoint to access it) PS/ This is the only way to trigger the Aggorat location. Where do you get the sacrificial heart in the first place?

not sure where the heart was from but it is turned in in Agorat |

for me it dropped randomly from one of the mobs close to the sacrificial altar
|

You can delete the heart once you enter Cruel 1 - not recommended, not sure it can be obtained again (currently trying to).
Also to access the 'past' you can join a random party located there, find one easily from any part of Act 3. |
