Mele tips coming from POE 1

Some things that helped me along the way

1. Use weapon swap. Can have phys focus on 1 ele focus on 2 for example. Once I set this up, it helped.

2. Use basic attack. High single damage + high stun build up. Good for bossing and elites

3. Use multiple skills. I'm currently using 5 skills + basic attack. I notice when the combos hit just right

4. For bosses, die to learn the mechanics. Just keep dying, but learn why mechanics are killing you. Don't expect to not die. As you learn the mechanics, you will notice that the boss's life will be less and less once you die.

5. Don't just kite, but corral. Get a large pack to group up and hit with AOE. I'm not dying too much to being ambushed. I'm doing the ambushing.

6. I get most of my mobility from skills not gear. Keep that in mind when selecting/using skills. I'm able to jump in and jump out with attack skills or jump in and push forward. I'm a monk for reference.

6. Life regen is super important. If you have culling strike, use the life regen support gem with it.

7. While using currency is good, keep some on hand for when you pick up something that has a good base.
