An Argument was invalid

Hey!
So I purchased the game in steam the 100 dollar version and now want to get the 380 upgrade. However, when I put in my info for the delivery address it keeps giving me the error "An argument was invalid." I know for a fact the address is correct. Im trying to get it done because I have 2 other friends that would like to play. What should I do? Seeing this post and seeing my situation I'm thinking maybe they had to like lock all transactions or something? I literally can't buy anything through epic or on here at all. No matter the payment method etc.
Kinda crazy but uh. yeah. idk. |

We added the 4 digits after the 5 digit zip code and then the error went away. I used usps look up zip code to find the 4 digits.

for me one time it overwrote my email to my name field, after I changed that back I selected a different country and then saw that that country had a shipping cost, then change it back to my country and it worked.
