[POE2] Sound/audio problem

I have no sound in game. I only have the sound of GGG introduction and demo videos of skills gems

I lose sound everytime I play.
To describe it at my best... I lose mainly sound effects, like footsteps, attacking/casting, but I can hear character speaking.. from what we noticed...
It seems to happens when there is a huge hit like an earthquake or the totem smash for effective exemples.
My brother was watching me play on DIscord stream and he was telling me (woooo what are these huge bass boooms ?)
I didnt know what he was talking about because I was not hearing them... but, we both noticed I started losing sound slowly, until no sound at all.
Only game that do this on my PC. Tried reinstalling all audio drivers and updates and bla bla but never been able to resolve this issue.

Same issue. Almost always when I see this I experience massive stuttering, assume some kind of WiFi tx retry behavior, and then when it recovers my Audio is mostly gone. Music remains.
