Customer support is completely unresponsive for PS5 players.
Bought the top tier early access and can't actually access anything I paid for.
The only response I got was buy the game again. Seriously? My coins and micro transactions are spread across different account numbers and none of them even work. So yep bought the game twice and still can't play it or use what I've purchased previously. Sent in emails to support, nothing. Last bumped on Dec 7, 2024, 7:05:19 PM

I am unfortunately in the same boat but not as adrift - I only bought the game once however it was the $100 version and cannot play the game or even access the options on the home screen to try and troubleshoot - All I am getting is the "Cannot log in because "Playstation Network" cannot be reached" and cannot do anything. Forum posts, emails, Reddit posts, no help :(

I have over $500usd spent on this game. Bought it twice now. I can log in but nothing I paid for works. I'm afraid to actually play it for fear I'll loss whatever progress I would make. Very disappointed so far.
