How to mana leech on ele monk

Please, tell me, if sombody finds sources for mana leech with ele hits

It does not work.

Leech is ONLY on Physical damage. Monk is 60-100% Elemental.
So you do 1000 damage but only 400 max of that is physical and a 3% mana leech = 12 mana.

BUT there is more.

Mobs have Leech resistance.
Mods your lvl or higher (like bosses) resist leech at near 50% so that 12 just became 6.

Life leech is the same.

Monks get this leech stuff as its Ascendancy and yet cant leech.

BAD design.

I think adding %elemental dmg leeched as mana (with attacks) would be a great mod, physical dmg leech feels useless...
