Problem with purchased supporter pack and twitch drops

Hello i have played PoE1 for a little bit but i purchased the 60 dollars support pack from my steam. I linked my accounts and my twitch but i dont see either the 600 currency nor my twitch drops. I see them on the PoE1 site but i dont see them in game. Is there something that i need to do more or is it some kind of an error?

If your point balance isn't being accurately reflected in Path of Exile 2, the team are aware of this bug and are looking to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you should be able to confirm the points are in your account from our website, as well as do any microtransaction shopping from the Shop Tab on our website. We apologise for this inconvenience. Regarding your missing Twitch drops, if you have claimed them through Twitch, could you please try navigating to your Manage Account page and un-linking and re-linking your Twitch account to see if this helps? " Yes, now i see them in the correct account in the web site but not yet in game. In game i see them bound to the other account. But im happy that you are working on it and i hope i will soon see them in the propper account in game. Thank you for your response, deeply appreciated.
