Quest "Secrets in the Dark" - Dialogue option "The Tree of Souls" available twice in Grelwood

Talking to Una at Tree of Souls in Grelwood, there is twice the dialogue option for "The Tree of Souls"; each with different content.

Realized it only after I got the Runed Spikes from "Secrets in the Dark"-Quest and before apllying the spikes to the runes.
