POE 2 - "The Tree of Souls" dialogue option available twice in Grelwood

Talking to Una at Tree of Souls in Grelwood, there is twice the dialogue option for "The Tree of Souls"; each with different content.

Noticed it only after I got the Runed Spikes from "Secrets in the Dark"-Quest and before using the spikes on the runes on the tree.
