Game stuck in The manor Ramparts Loading Screen

I am playing path of exile two on the PlayStation five and I went into town using the portal on the ground. Did what I had to do and use the portal to go back to the manor ramp parts and now it is stuck in the loading screen tried to restart my PlayStation five and I close the game multiple times and every time I load my character it goes back to the manner ramp parts, loading screen, and gets stuck, it will not load into the game

Same thing is happening to me and I am on PC.

Yes when i die and have to respawn, then loading hangs. Then i need to kill game from task manager every time i die to the wolf boss or any other big boss.
windows 11 Nvidia 2060 super 32gb memory
newest nvidia driver. Help GGG

I'm on ps5 and stuck on manor ramparts loading screen. Nothing I tried fixed the issue from restarting and restoring licences. I tried over 10 times loading in and waited more than 10 minutes on the loading screen.

If there is any solution please let me know
