Ultimatum chimera boss is perfect example of the poe 2 issues

>Do 4 tirals that are a slog
>Get nothing for doing them
>Get to the boss
>This boss is running around the stairs
>Fight him and get more and more annoyed as you know that one wrong move and you have to spend 20min again to get to him
>Go to him on stairs annoyed
>This dog is camping the stairs so you dodge the breath and go to fight him in narrow space because "unique desing and it would be in character for a beast"
>This guy uses chill breath
>Cant outrun him, die
>Chose your option: "Spend 20min doing this shit again to have a try at a boss that will run around and take hits from you like its nothing" or "Exit game"

I like the gameplay, i hate the "risk" or rather punishing player for doing 1 mistake just to show how dark souls it somehow is. Will i try to play again? most likely, but at the though of doing pinacle bosses i feel like its a clusterfuck of concepts, on one side you guys want to have difficulty like DS but on the other hand you create it in a enviroment where things have oportunity cost. Imagine if you had to spend few hours to farm an access to elden beast after you die to it. What.

Yep i fought it with Enemies are protected by Energy Shield. Literally impossible to do without chaos damage, it flies every 5-10 seconds ES is like more than 2x its health and regens to full when it flies

Yep, the DPS window is so low, it's really annoying

Takes ridiculously long to kill this boss since all it does is flee to another spot every time I hit it

This is the boss I got to culling range and dashed in to cull just as he breathed frost and froze me killed me in 0.5s

This game really is no fun. If they dont change A LOT Im not playing it. POE1 is better.

What a joke to work/wait for 2 years for some of the most enraging BS

Just fought it for the first time and my blood pressure really jumped. Not to mention that I had thunder circles and phys blood balls limiting my dmg window even further thanks to rng :/
