POE2 - can’t access the secondary skill set on xbox

I can’t access any of my bound skills on the secondary skill bar. How do you activate this in game on Xbox?
I have Infernal Cry icon in the bottom skill bar but there is no way to bring this up in game. I can only ever see tue to row of skills.

Still no reply on this topic? Here is my current frustration explained below. Perhaps this is an issue unique to Xbox and not observed on PC?

I have two weapon loadouts :

Loadout 1 - Mob clearing, AOE damage etc.
Loadout 2 - Single target "boss bonking"

In both of these loadouts I can specialise my passive tree using "weapon specialisation points".

I can bind two sets of skills : "Primary skill bar" and "secondary skill bar"

Problems are as follows :

1. How do you switch to the "secondary skill bar", there seems to be no controller option to do this. It is not mentioned in the options tab anywhere. It is not mentioned on screen anywhere.

2. Every time I walk up to a boss I need to pause the game, go into skills, manually bind two skills. When the boss is completed I need to do this again to manually switch back again. Pretty tedious.

3. Nothing change when I switch from loadout 1 to loadout 2.

Pleas help to explain how we can access secondary skill in game on Xbox.

Hold LT. It shows you on the skill bar.
