POE 2 Ancient Vows quest bug

If you loot the relic in bone pits while in cruel and drop it on the ground in the first 3 acts (normal) the relic dissapears on the ground but the game still counts it as if it was in your inventory so you cant actually loot it again in bone pits (cruel) making you pretty much softlocked on this quest

+1 same scenario. Locked drop only happens when mistaking normal for cruel.
