Quests interface covers left quarter of map

This is so frustrating. When trying to look at the quest list and the map, you can drag the map around a little, but it is always covered by the quest interface. The map should be draggable to be fully visible, or maybe shrunk to fit the whole UI? Unsure:

I realize now this should be titled "Quests interface covers RIGHT quarter of map."
