Please stop zones from resetting, unless we reset them manually

i travel through a zone and clear some or all of it then proceed to another zone, when i go back to previous zone to go to another location it resets after 5-10 minutes, i think it would be much better if zones only reset if you log out or manually reset them. What do you guys think
I have discussed this with 4-5 people so far about this and so far they all agree with my take.

people are telling me the servers couldnt handle it, is this true?

Could well be a thing, when people spam zones for farming.
