Audio mixing problems

I have a Sonos surround system (arc ultra, subs, era 300s for surrounds). The Sonos app shows the feed as Dolby Atmos.

The game in general has all sound coming out the soundbar only. The rears don’t have anything coming out of them - no ambient sound at all.

Cinematics however use all channels without separation (including voice), making it very loud and enveloping (this includes skill gem videos).

I have a 5.1 set up and it’s the same. Also lots of crackling sounds.
