Vitality/Clarity not working while supporting Demon Form.

the use of Vitality/Clarity with Demon Form does not work, and just causes some addition use conditions for Demon Form.

With Vitality/Clarity supporting Demon Form, you now need 20/10 addition FREE spirit in order to transform, but when transformed life regen and mana regen do not increase and 30 points of spirit becomes unusable for other spirit reservations like grim feast even though spirit reservations says 30/30 available.

Wanted to bump this because I'm also having this issue, not sure if somehow i'm just misunderstanding the interaction but the gems clearly state they support persistent buff effects which Demon Form is, and they create an extra cost but don't do anything.

I encountered this issue as well, the supports are even highlighted as recommended but seem to do nothing.

There seems to be an issue with supports and spirit in general. When I socket vitality in discipline it looks like it is inactive and has the little red ! saying not enough spirit, even though there is enough, it is correctly reserved and the spell is clearly active.

I tried adding Clarity today, and the spirit does not reserve when equipping the gem. Once it's equipped, I am not able to activate demon form at all.

Bumping this after the last patch. Recommended aura support gems (tested with clarity, vitality and cannibalism) still don't work for demon form and spirit remains unused when transforming.
My current workaround is to run a separate aura skill gem with the support gems which does apply to demon form for an additional 30 spirit
