Points Transferable from POE to POE2?

Will my points from POE transfer to POE 2 eventually? I've got 9k points just sitting there and am hoping to use them for POE2. I was told that everything eventually would be usable in both games so I'm hoping that's still the case.

Hi there,
To clarify, provided you are playing on the same sub-account between PoE1 and PoE2, your points will be useable on both games for MTX purchases. If your point balance isn't being accurately reflected in Path of Exile 2, the team are aware of this bug and are looking to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you should be able to confirm the points are in your account from our website, as well as do any microtransaction shopping from the Shop Tab on our website. Thank you for the clarification. I logged on last night late and the points were showing in the POE 2 marketplace so I appreciate the response. Loving the game so far!
