Cannot donate points to Guild to buy Stash Tabs

Keep getting this error when attempting to transfer points to my guild so that my friends and I can leave leveling gear for eachother in a guild stash tab. The same error occurs for anyone else trying to donate points to the guild Everything else seems to work in the shop, but Guild stuff seems to be a dud for us.
