Rathbreaker

Hello,
beggining of act II.
the rathbreaker is just standing on his hill, he takes damage but regenerates too fast to kill him otherwise he is doing nothing.
also the small hyenas don't attack me.

is there a way to restart an act? or are there any other solutions?
