PS 5 Bought 3 pack of King of the Faridun Supporter Pack No Upgrade Option.

Under PS 5 Platform , as i see from the forum , there will be upgrade option for next package after the purchase , which end up i bought 3 King of the Faridun Supporter Pack , but still show no upgrade option. Total spent 270 EUR , but still not able to get Thaumaturge of the Vaal or Warlord of the Karui Pack.
I would like to purchase Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack , please help review the issue.

Beside that , the items under the King of the Faridun Supporter is not complete given there is something missing , like the portal and Lord of Ogham Kiwi Pet is not found in the account . What i get is 3 duplicate of the same goods.

Cant Upgrade to liberator of wraeclast ingame on ps5
Bought also the Faridun pack

There is a bug currently with POE 2 store.

The workaround is - Install POE 1 -> Create a character -> Go inside the Microtransaction shop -> navigate to BUY POINTS -> scroll right and you should see the next tier. Once you buy it, close the game, and enter again to see the next tier loaded in the store. After you purchase the packs you want, restart PS and run POE 2, all the cosmetics will be there.
