Lost founders 2 pack rewards when linking twitch to playstation account

I wanted to get the path of exile 2 twitch drops for my account and when I linked my twitch account to my path of exile account and after connecting my Sony account, it gave me the option to delete my account with no prompt or warning from the character selection screen.


Not only did I lose my character (wasn't a big deal level 11) but more importantly I lose the cosmetics and the microtransaction store points that come with the 55 euro early access pack.
Is there a way to fix this? I already have contacted grinding gear games about this issue already.
