PoE1 skins to PoE2

Hello, i saw that poe1 skins can goe to poe2, im not talking about skill effects but skins.
My poe1 account is at epic games and my poe2 is at steam
i connected them to a single mail and i see them both bot yet no skins for poe 1 to poe 2.
Can i have some help here plase or any answers ?
