Can someone explain to me why I bought the king support pack and the game still tells me that I need to buy an early access key in steam. Why is this so and what to do about it? I can't play this game for a day

I must say right away that I have a steam account linked to your site. The account is linked to the correct one, with the game purchased on it. King support Pack has been acquired.
The game still says that there is no early access key on my account. I also don't have an early access key on the site.

Welcome to the club. Apart from a copy/paste "did you do things correctly bla bla bla" post being chucked around in multiple threads there's been no acknowledgement of the issue and I haven't seen anyone say they received a response yet from support.

This is really not serious anymore and I'm making a refund. I can't play for the second day off after buying a pack for $100. You can't solve the problem with steam accounts.
And almost 2 day support did not answer me on my mail

I solved the problem myself: it turns out that the key is granted only when you RUN the game from the store where it was purchased. So it is EPIC, first you need to install and run the game via EPIC. Of course, it doesn't matter to me now, because EPIC provides lightning-fast game downloads, and the independent launcher works at the speed of a 2000s modem - so I'm still using EPIC. How much easier it would be if GGG described such trivial things on their website. Linking accounts has no significance in this case.

Yeah but I launched game from Steam. Where I bought it. U mean I need try launch game in Epic?
