Can't even download EA, can only buy on PSN

Topic describes the problem.
EA key donated by my brother is activated here on the website, bound to Playstation platform, NOT PC. When i log into my PS5, there's no Download option. Only Purchase.
Emailed the support and am yet to receieve any feedback from them.
Anyone else has had their key activated on the website but have no access to the game download on PSN?

I'm also facing the same issue, I initially redeemed a key, got the PC version (standalone + steam + epic), then I redeemed another but for PlayStation this time and not seeing any change or any way to download the EA on the PlayStation itself or website. I also sent an email hoping to get a reply soon.

I might be wrong but I think you must buy or redeem the key on PS Store for it to work on PS5.
If you redeem it here you get a PC version (Standalone, steam or epic I think).

Pretty sure all early access keys or keys given for free were all through just PC only unless you had a supporters pack from consoles that gave a key.... i got free keys but just were for pc i dont play much on pc anymore besides games on console... also they stated that with the MTX issue that said platform xbox or psn youd have to buy in that store to get early access / key in order to play... they had a 30 dollar 50 dollar and 100 packs only also all the packs had no extra keys on console versions....

The thing is that literally yesterday when I decided to switch to using my PS5, I went on the website as you normally would to redeem the key, and I had two options to redeem from, PC or PlayStation, and I did PlayStation but now when I check the Early Access page, it's only giving me a new Steam + Epic key again. Those codes also can't be used anywhere on the PS site or console due to it being 15 characters and PS accepts 12 characters.

I sent an email though, so hoping to hear back soon.

Hopefully it gets resolved i know alot of people couldnt give keys to people with consoles do to the whole merging of items in general and content.. mainly who gets more money pretty much... GGG wants its money/% for itself than the consoles want its money/% to.. they wont say it directly but thats the real issue same reason why the merging of console items are taking forever lol... thats why when people got "free keys" they were mainly just for PC... unless it directly said console..... but they also said themselves that the only way to get early access for console was from said platforms "store" front...
