No connection with poe acc and psn acc

There is no sign of linked account with my psn account. I cannot see the points on this page, i cannot see my created characters in PS5, I cannot see any sign that I have the game, Instead I already played the game a couple of hours. Is this known issue?

I've activated a key, says I have access to EA. My PSN is linked. But I just dont have the download option on PSN.

I’m just realizing now I have the same issue, doesn’t show on here that I have access or points. I bought it yesterday played a couple hours today now nothing. Maybe this is why I can’t stay connected to the server for more than a minute.

I’m on the same boat so bumping for a fix.
