Game is unplayable and Steam is refusing to refund

after waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for the servers to come up, more long wait in the queue, I play the game just to face constant crashes.

I requested a refund and Steam is rejecting it. Please get in touch with them and sort this out.

Why did you even bother getting early access? This is exactly what you paid for. There was disclaimers and you ignored them, not to mention it's cheap. This is your fuck up, you should pay for it.
