TEXTURE QUALITY SETTINGS LOCKED IN MEDIUM

As the title says, In Graphics menu, texture quality is locked on Medium.

My Card is RTX 4070
My RAM is 32GB
My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

In general also the game has some lag between my click and the character action.

I am also experiencing this issue. If anyone knows about a temporary fix, let me know. Changing the setting in the ini does not actually change the setting. Using the NVIDIA app also doesn't work at all, not even the "optimize" feature.

I've solved it mate, download latest driver. And go in Windows > Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Press the: Add as Desktop app, and add PoE's two .exe files (the ones on: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common), then on GPU preference choose: High Performance (your cards name).
