Mausoleum of the Praetor bugged

Hi,

whenever I move far enough in the Mausoleum the game freezes. This can be out of combat, in combat, picking up an item - it does not matter - the game freezes all of a sudden.

When I quit the game and try to load the character, the game tries to put me into the same location. But the spinning cogs in the loading screen freeze after a second or two and the loading screen will persist endlessly.

Once I wait long enough for the instance to be discarded, I can log into the character and put at the beginning of the Mausoleum. Moving N/W far enough in the map will cause the freeze again.

Seems like the map has a serious issue.

I'm also having this exact same problem and can't log back into game with the character as it keeps trying to load me back into the mausoleum.

Just faced this exact same issue. Got two hard crashes during this quest. Once while fighting an elite and the other while just trying to teleport back to town.

Exactly the same here. Tried the following, none of which work:

1) Quit game
2) Reload Console
3) Clear cache on console
4) Disable crossplay
5) Change server

I had a similar thing happen, except instead of endless loading, it froze for a moment, then it closed and sent me back to the main menu, with a message saying that the server lost connection to the realm.

Just attempted to sign back in and now I'm in a que to join the server.

Exact same issue.

I tried turning off sound and changing a lot of the graphics settings to as low as possible.

Nothing changed and still freezes on loading character.

I accidentally posted mine in the (I guess) PC bug reports section, even though, unlike Xbox and PS5, the PC bug reports forum doesn't specify PC.

But, yeah, same here. Only happened after I looted the 'Secret Area' in the Mausoleum and new enemies popped up in areas I had already cleared. But, locked up, had to restart, but can't get back into my character. Gears spin, then freeze.

Have tried all graphics options I could think of, nothing has changed.

Having the exact same issue.. was able to load into my character again after some period of time(I assume after the zone expires and you restart at waypoint). And took 5 more steps and game froze again, loading screen freezes again.

Same here using witch summoner. Have retried 8 times, I successfully killed Consort, but cannot progress with this quest so game is blocked

I just tried it with my ranger and had no problem. It seems to be only my witch summoner with 2 warriors and 2 archers that crashes mausoleum and will not let me advance
