Arcane tempo support not working

Arcane tempo support seems to not have an effect on the cast speed of spells. Tested on unearth, contagion, chaos bolt and essence drain.

got me confused as well. I would still see it as a bug, because shouldn't it be supposed to show it's effect on the skill page especially? That's where you usually look what happens when you tinker with your skills.

also on console in description tells only about longer cast speed and nothing about higher damage
