Purchased via Steam - still says no access

I purchased the supporter pack through Steam, when clicking to log in I immediately get presented with the error that my account does not have access.

I have linked my Steam account to my PoE web account here and it also states here no access.

I know it's great most people are in now but there are still many with issues that seem to be getting drowned out by key beggars.

GGG seem to have fallen silent since the majority got in.

Yep, I'm still in the same boat.
Hearing from GGG would be a relief because it feels like that they took a break(understandable) and we'll be unable to play for another day at least.

Great patch to the game.. but I still can't get into it.

BUMP. Any communication at all would be nice. This isn't even on the list of issues which is quite concerning.
