Is there any way to know which skins are ready to use in POE II before buying it in the shop?

Title is quite self explainatory.

I would love a list.

Funny that only new cosmetics are available in the game while they promised that all previous ones will be available...

You can open the shop through poe2 ingame, and see what's available there, barely nothing.

What's more worrying are stash tabs... that also seems unavailable!!!
The game is 6-12 months from releasing, they promised that for launch not for EA.

You can open the store ingame and see what's available.

Meanwhile, GGG promised that all (or almost all) MTX items will be available at release date.

That was my assumption as well
But I have stuff in PoE 2 that's not in the PoE 2 store
Deepwater weapon etc
exactly! I see cosmetics in game that are not in poe2 store. So qustion is how to know what is available and what isn't. GGG should have a list at least they can publish surely...?

Yeah, it’s tricky to tell before buying. I ended up checking [Edited by Support] to buy cs2 skins just to see how previews worked, and it helped me figure out which ones would actually look good in-game.
That's incredibly helpful, thank you.

They have sort of been publishing lists in patch notes. You may find some luck in searching the for MTX name in the Early Access Patch Notes forum, enclosing the name in "s if searching for more than one word of the mtx name.

For example, searching "Deepwater" shows that several Deepwater mtx items had support added in 0.1.1, while the Deepwater Armour Set was added in 0.2.0.

If you can't find anything there, it's probably not yet supported...but, searching for the specific MTX on PoEDB or PoE2DB will get you a definitive current answer.

Examples:
Deepwater Weapon
Gargoyle Axe

Deepwater Weapon shows "PoE1: 1, PoE2: 1", showing that it is enabled and usable in both games.
Gargoyle Axe shows "PoE2: 0", meaning that it is not enabled in PoE2 currently.

Edit: one second glance, it might not be a current answer on poedb specificly; poedb still shows Apollyon Footprints as not being on in PoE2, while poe2db shows that they are. These were enabled in 0.3.0.

There is no source of truth for what MTX are in PoE2 unfortunately.

I have confirmed that PoeDB / Poe2DB are NOT ACCURATE.

There was a hideout listed a while back on there as being in PoE2, I purchased it, however it was / is still not yet active in PoE2.

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing. Why they make it this difficult to give them money baffles me.
